What to expect as Storm Austen hits the UK this week
Parts of the UK are set for disruptive wind and rain this week in the first named storm of the season. Storm Austen will impact southern England and Wales from Thursday night into Friday morning, bringing wind speeds of 50 to 60mph and 20 to 30mm of rain in some areas.
